Senior .NET Backend Engineer

We are looking for a top-tier Senior .NET Backend Engineer to join our Fintech division, working on high-performance, mission-critical financial systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling APIs that handle sensitive business logic, where precision, security, and performance are non-negotiable.

You won't just be "writing endpoints"; you will be a key architect of our ecosystem. You will collaborate directly with Product Owners and Tech Leads to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, maintainable code. We operate on the latest versions of .NET, and we expect our Seniors to drive technical excellence, push for architectural improvements, and maintain a "zero-compromise" attitude toward code quality and transactional integrity.

MUST

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on scalable and distributed systems.

• Modern .NET Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with .NET 8 or superior (ideally .NET 10) and C#. You must understand the latest framework features, performance improvements, and C# language enhancements.

• Fintech & Transactional Systems: Proven experience building systems where data consistency, ACID properties, and race-condition handling are critical.

• Expert API Design: Mastery of RESTful APIs, including versioning, security (OAuth2/OpenID), and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) for high-traffic environments.

• SQL Server Specialist: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL optimization, execution plans, indexing strategies, and handling of high-concurrency workloads.

• Architectural Influence: Solid experience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID principles. Ability to justify architectural trade-offs.

• Collaboration & Ownership: Experience working side-by-side with Product Owners (POs) to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility without sacrificing business value.

EXTRAS (Nice to have)

• Cloud Native: Experience with Azure or AWS, including managed services (App Services, Lambda/Functions) and Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).

• Observability & Monitoring: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, or Application Insights to debug and monitor complex systems in production.

• CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to automate testing and deployment pipelines.

• AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency using tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate development and focus on high-level architecture.

• English B2 or higher: Professional proficiency to engage in technical discussions with international stakeholders.
