As a Marketing & Communications Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our voice and messaging across all channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, Sales, and leadership, to create impactful content that drives brand awareness, establishes trust, and generates leads. Your ability to create compelling stories and manage content across multiple platforms will be key to building our digital presence and strengthening our market position.

Job requirements
Our Perfect Match:
Experience: 1 year in content marketing or digital marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
Advanced English (C1+): Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Writing Skills: Ability to create clear, engaging content across multiple communication channels (web, social media, etc.)
General Marketing Knowledge: Understanding SEO, SEM, lead generation, and campaign analysis.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking for content that resonates with the audience.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative and proactive with cross-functional teams.
Marketing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and other AI-powered tools for content creation, optimization, analytics, and overall marketing strategy.
Main Tasks:
Content Creation: Develop, write, and execute content across blogs, social media, digital platforms, and sales enablement materials. Basic understanding of SEO is a plus to help ensure content is discoverable and optimized for better visibility in search engines.
Community & Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging content for social media channels, while actively engaging with online communities to promote the brand and foster meaningful connections.
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns.
Event Support: Contribute to event planning and execution (webinars, conferences).
Marketing Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Internal Communication: Support and manage internal communication, ensuring alignment across departments through newsletters, Slack messages, and other channels to foster a connected and informed team environment.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with HR, design, Sales, and other departments for cohesive marketing efforts.
