We're looking for an experienced Head of People to lead and evolve our People function.

This is a highly strategic position that combines People Operations, Talent, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Experience and Culture. You'll work closely with the leadership team to design scalable people processes, develop our managers, foster an outstanding employee experience and support the company's continued international growth.

Responsibilities:

People Strategy

Partner with leadership to define and execute Somnio's People strategy, ensuring it supports business growth, organizational development, and a scalable employee experience.

Talent Acquisition

Lead the Talent Acquisition function, continuously improving hiring processes, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

People Operations

Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient people processes, strong operational execution, and compliance while fostering a positive employee experience.

Performance & Development

Drive performance management, career development, leadership growth, and succession planning, empowering managers to build high-performing teams.

Culture & Engagement

Strengthen Somnio's culture by promoting collaboration, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across a globally distributed team.

People Analytics & Innovation

Leverage data, technology, and AI to improve decision-making, optimize People processes, and support the continuous evolution of the organization.

Requisitos del trabajo

Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.

  • Previous experience leading People or HR teams.

  • Experience in software companies or fast-growing technology organizations.

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.

  • Experience working with distributed and international teams.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in scaling technology companies.

  • Experience working with LATAM and US teams.

  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.

  • Experience implementing AI tools within HR.

  • Background in organizational design or change management.
