Job description

We are looking for a motivated Business Administration or Accounting student to join our Administration & Finance team. This role provides operational support across accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain customer invoices in the accounting system.

  • Register and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

  • Support payments to suppliers, including follow-up and status tracking.

  • Assist with collections and accounts receivable follow-up.

  • Download, review, and consolidate bank statements and balances.

  • Support cash flow tracking and monitoring.

  • Respond to emails from internal and external clients related to Administration & Finance matters.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

  • Good written communication skills in English.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
