
Job description
We are looking for a motivated Business Administration or Accounting student to join our Administration & Finance team. This role provides operational support across accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain customer invoices in the accounting system.
Register and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Support payments to suppliers, including follow-up and status tracking.
Assist with collections and accounts receivable follow-up.
Download, review, and consolidate bank statements and balances.
Support cash flow tracking and monitoring.
Respond to emails from internal and external clients related to Administration & Finance matters.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
Good written communication skills in English.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
