Job description
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with solid experience in IT Recruiting to lead our talent attraction strategy and act as the key link between our teams, clients, and top industry professionals.
In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to fully understand the technical and cultural needs of each project, and you'll lead the strategy to identify, attract, and connect with great talent through LinkedIn and other platforms. This is a strategic position with direct impact on the results we deliver to our clients.
Responsibilities
Work closely with teams to gather detailed requirements and expectations for each position.
Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on test results and interviews.
Align selected profiles with hiring managers and stakeholders on each project.
Define, execute, and optimize the talent sourcing strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Lead and develop the recruiting team, ensuring quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, shortlist quality, client satisfaction) and propose improvements.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
Strong sourcing and search skills on LinkedIn and other IT talent platforms.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in scaling technology companies.
Experience working with LATAM and US teams.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
Experience implementing AI tools within HR.
Background in organizational design or change management.
