As Finance Manager at Somnio Software, you will be responsible for managing the company's finances, collaborating with the business development teams and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Your role will be diverse and dynamic! You will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of software solutions for the first and only 100% Flutter focused software development company in LATAM 🚀.

Our Perfect Match:

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, leading financial teams.

• +3 years in finance roles in the IT industry.

• +2 years in team management roles.

• Software Industry Experience.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and international financial standards.

• Proficiency in financial management software tools.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English.

Main tasks:

• Comprehensive financial management: Direct all aspects of accounting, including bookkeeping, tax returns, bank reconciliations, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

• Manage cash flow, optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.

• Planning and Control: Develop budgets, financial projections and analyze results to make strategic decisions.

• Data analysis: Use analysis tools to identify trends, improvement opportunities and risks.

• Team management: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Collaboration with other areas: Work closely with sales, operations and other teams to achieve business objectives. Includes C-Levels.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting laws and regulations.

• Data Analytics: Use analysis tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and risks (KPIs and Metrics).

• Finance Leadership: Lead the finance team, establish efficient processes, ensure compliance and collaborate with other areas of the company to achieve organizational objectives.
