As a Technical Business Development at Somnio Software, you will identify problems and needs from clients both current and potential. You will design innovative value propositions and develop business strategies to drive company growth.
You will part of the business development team, focusing on sales and account management, working with product, technical, and other teams to create valuable solutions leading negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your role will be diverse and dynamic! You will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of software solutions for the first and only 100% Flutter focused software development company in LATAM 🚀.

Job requirements
Our Perfect Match:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related to digital transformation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related field
Experience in software services experience 5+ years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to analyze and evaluate complex information
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Advanced English C1+
Main tasks:
Pre-sales and business technical assessment:
Guide the pre-sales team in the accounts that you are working on inbound
Assist sales team in proper technical understanding
Understanding of the software lifecycle and software development
Study technical and product solutions teams, to identify and develop business opportunities:
Research emerging markets and technologies to identify potential business opportunities
Analyze competition and market trends to assess feasibility of opportunities
Evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) of commercial opportunities
Develop and evaluate technical solutions to support commercial proposals:
Collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales teams to implement commercial strategies and processes
Manage the development of products and services that meet market needs
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers:
Develop relationships with potential and existing customers
Negotiate and close business deals with customers
Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Extend and increase billings from these accounts
Communication and presentation:
Effectively communicate business opportunities and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Present business proposals to potential customers and investors
Writing reports and technical documentation
Business development for inbound with key customers.
