Job description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving Somnio’s growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across LATAM. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team. This role combines research, communication, and analytical skills to help expand our client base and strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales.

  • Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automations, and outreach sequences).

  • Manage the lead database and segmentations within the CRM (HubSpot).

  • Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

  • Prospect new target accounts: identify decision-makers, conduct research, and build qualified lead lists.

  • Measure and report campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, SQLs generated, etc.).

  • Coordinate handoff with the sales team to ensure a smooth flow of qualified leads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sequence copy and content (messages, follow-ups, nurtures).

Job requirements

Must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B outbound or demand generation (ideally in agencies or SaaS/tech companies).

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools.

  • Advanced English for written communication and reading profiles/documentation.

  • Ability to analyze basic performance data (CTR, conversions, replies, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile.

  • Understanding of ABM and account segmentation (ICP, buyer persona, verticals, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of campaign automation (Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, etc.).

  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Skrapp, etc.).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with the U.S. / Canada market or nearshore agencies.

  • Familiarity with Flutter, mobile development, or software services.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams under EOS or OKR frameworks.
